Cardiff Airport has an ongoing commitment to passengers with special needs and has been designed to enable smooth and easy passage through all areas. It is always advisable to inform your travel agent or airline of any special needs requirements when booking. Facilities include:
- Dedicated spaces in the car parks
- Use of airport wheelchairs throughout terminal building
- Passengers may retain their own wheelchairs up until boarding
- Low level kerbs at terminal entrance and exit
- Lifts between all floors
- Specially designed toilets on first floor, departures lounge and arrivals hall
- Ambulift for boarding aircraft
- Minicom facility for the deaf or hard of hearing is available at the Information Desk
- Flight information monitors and tannoy announcements of all flight related messages

Passengers may wish to take up the Return Greet service provided. You will park your car in the normal way, with just a short three minute transfer to the terminal. On your return, your car will be waiting for you, ready for you to drive home. A great service for just a small extra payment.
